1.Annual salary 年薪

A: How much was the average increase of annual salary in the company last year?

B: About 3%.

B: Yes， we did. About two month‘s salary.

A: Excellent!

3.Compensation and benefit 補(bǔ)貼和福利

A: How about the compensation and benefit for your new job?

B: It is fine，a little better than my old job.
