1.Customer satisfaction 客戶滿意度

A: How do you guarantee the customer satisfaction？Sometimes they have unreasonable requests.

B: The way is always to say "yes" to a customer， but the "yes" is conditional.

A：你們怎樣保證客戶滿意呢？有時(shí)他們會提一些不合理的要求。

B：關(guān)鍵是對客戶永遠(yuǎn)說“是”，但這個(gè)“是”是有條件的。

2.Gain/loss of market share 得到/失去市場份額

A: Why did we lose so much of the market share?

B: The government put a control on the loans. People are not buying cars like a year ago.

A：我們?yōu)槭裁磿ミ@么多的市場份額？

B：政府對貸款實(shí)施了控制，人們不像一年前那樣愿意買車了。

3.Import/export 進(jìn)口/出口

A: How could we import parts from China to reduce our costs?

B: Everyone is doing it. Why shouldn‘t we? There has to be a way for us.

A：我們怎么能從中國進(jìn)口零件來降低成本呢？

B：大家都這樣做，我們?yōu)槭裁床粦?yīng)該這么做呢？一定有辦法。

4.Paid tooling 付費(fèi)工裝

A: Are we going to pay for the tooling?

B: Yes. For this program， we will provide paid tooling.

A：你會付工裝費(fèi)嗎？

B：是的，對這個(gè)項(xiàng)目我們會提供付費(fèi)工裝。

5.Play games 敷衍搪塞

A: He was playing games with me.

B: We need to figure out how to nail him.

A：他是在敷衍我。

B：我們得想辦法控制住他。
