　　1.Contract law 合同法
　　A: Is there a contract law in China to govern all the contracts？
　　B: You bet. All the disputes will be governed by the Contract Law of China.
　　A：中國(guó)有管理合同的合同法嗎？
　　B：有的，所有的合同糾紛都依據(jù)中國(guó)合同法來(lái)解決。
　　2.Court 法院
　　A: Did we specify which court would be the judge if there is any dispute?
　　B: Yes. It'll be the Beijing district court.
　　A：我們對(duì)糾紛仲裁有指定的法院?jiǎn)幔?br /> 　　B：是的，我們指定了北京地方法院。
　　3.Development contract 開(kāi)發(fā)合同
　　A: Is this a development contract?
　　B: You're absolutely right. We are signing a development contract.
　　A：這是開(kāi)發(fā)合同嗎？
　　B：絕對(duì)正確，我們?cè)诤炓粋€(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)合同。
　　4.Fine 罰款
　　A: If the delivery is late, what is the penalty?
　　B: The vendor will be fined 1% of the total contract value for each day they missed.
　　A：如果交貨延期了，怎樣罰款？
　　B：每延誤一天，賣(mài)方就要支付合同總金額的1%。
　　5.Installment payment 分期付款
　　A: How many installment payments are we proposing?
　　B: Five.
　　A：我們打算分幾期付款？
　　B：五期。
