日常辦公室用語(yǔ)——尋求幫助（1）

1. Apply for an ID card 申請(qǐng)辦理身份證

A: How can I apply for an ID card?
B: There is a guy in charge of  the ID card. His name is Jerry Tang. Give him a call.

A：我怎樣申請(qǐng)辦理身份證？
B：負(fù)責(zé)身份證的人叫做杰瑞·唐，給他打個(gè)電話。

2. Buy tickets for travel  出差買票

A: How do I buy tickets for my travel?
B: After your TA is signed, talk to your secretary. She will buy the tickets for you.

A：我出差的時(shí)候該怎樣買票啊？
B：等你的出差審批單批準(zhǔn)了以后，告訴你秘書(shū)就行了，她會(huì)幫你買票。

3. Do I have to …  我必須……嗎？
A: Do I have to be at work at 8:00 am?
B: If you need to come in late, you can set up flexible work schedule.

A：我必須早上八點(diǎn)上班嗎？
B：如果你需要晚來(lái)的話，可以定一個(gè)彈性的工作時(shí)間表。

4. Expesnse report  報(bào)銷單
A: How do I submit an expense report?
B: Here's the form for expense report. Fill it out and give it to me. I'll get it signed for you.
A: Thanks a lot.
B: You bet.

A：我怎樣做報(bào)銷單？
B：這有一個(gè)報(bào)銷單的表格，填好交給我就行了，我?guī)湍隳萌ズ炞帧?br /> A：太謝謝了。
B：不用客氣。

5. How can I …  我怎樣才能……

A: How can I report medical expenses？
B: I have some report form here. Fill it and submit to the medical insurance company.

A：我應(yīng)該怎樣報(bào)銷醫(yī)療費(fèi)用呢？
B：我這有幾張報(bào)告單，填好交給醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)公司就行了。
