日常辦公室用語——致謝，道歉（1）

1.From the bottom of my heart 發(fā)自內(nèi)心的

A:Amanda，I'm so sorry about what happened. I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart.
B:That's Okay. It wasn't your fault.

A：阿曼達(dá)，我對(duì)發(fā)生的事情感到很抱歉，我發(fā)自內(nèi)心的向你道歉。
B：沒事，不是你的錯(cuò)。

2.I'd like to take this opportunity to 我想借這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)

A: I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you did for us.
B: It's my pleasure. I enjoyed working with you guys.

A：我想借這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)感謝你為我們所做的一切。
B：不用客氣，我喜歡與你們共事。

3.I am sorry 對(duì)不起

A: I'm sorry to be late.
B: Be careful next time.

4.I apologize 我道歉

A: I apologize. This should not have to be this way.
B: Apology accepted. Try to do better next time..

A：我道歉，事情不該發(fā)展成這樣。

5.I feel terribly sorry. 我覺得很抱歉。

A: I feel terribly sorry. We caused a lot of trouble for you.
B: I never thought your hotel is like this. We will never come back again.
