日常辦公室用語——傳真（2）

1.From and To 發(fā)送者和接收者

A:What do you put on the fax cover page  other than  From and To?
B:The title, total pages including the cover page, and telephone and fax numbers of each party.

A：傳真首頁上除了發(fā)送者和接收者還寫些什么？
B：標(biāo)題，頁數(shù)包括扉頁、雙方的電話號(hào)和傳真號(hào)。

2. Fax it to me 傳真給我

A: Mike, the contract is signed by our GM. Do you want me to send it overnight?
B: Yes, please. Could you also fax it to me now?

A：邁克，我們總經(jīng)理在合同上簽字了，我要用特快專遞發(fā)給你嗎？
B：是的，請(qǐng)發(fā)給我。你能不能現(xiàn)在就傳真一份給我？

3.Fax template 傳真格式

A: Do we have a fax template of the company?
B: We do. Ask Lisa to get an electronic copy.

A：我們公司有統(tǒng)一的傳真格式嗎？
B：有，去找麗莎要一個(gè)電子文檔。

4.Followed by originals (contract) 續(xù)發(fā)原件（合同）

A: Linda, I will fax the letter to you, followed by express mail of the originals.
B: Thank you so much.

A：琳達(dá)，我會(huì)傳真一封信給你，再把原件快遞續(xù)發(fā)給你。
B：非常感謝你。

5.Legally acceptable 法律承認(rèn)的

A: Can we use the faxed contract?
B: It may not be legally acceptable. You can use it temporarily, but you need to get the originals ASAP.
A: Why?
B:' Cause faxed copy can have forged signatures.

A：我們能使用傳真的合同嗎？
B：法律上是無效的，你可以臨時(shí)使用，但你應(yīng)該盡快拿到原件。
A：為什么？
B：因?yàn)閭髡婕系暮灻梢詡卧臁?/p>

注：ASAP is short for as soon as possible.
