賴世雄英語書信通Unit 2：感謝函

　　Dear Dan,

　　Thanks so much for the books. I started reading one as soon as I got it and I’m already a third of the way through. I’m enjoying it very much.

　　My injury was really my own fault. When I play basketball, I sometimes get a little too enthusiastic, and that’s what caused my injury. A guy from the other team had the ball, and was about to take a shot. I was really too far away, but I still tried to jump in front of him and block the shot. When I came down, I landed on my ankle. But the shot went in anyway.

　　Now I have to stay in bed for a month. When my ankle is better, I may try to play basketball again, but I’ll certainly play more cautiously!

　　Thanks again for the books. Write me again when you have time.

　　非常謝謝你寄來的這些書。我一拿到一本就開始看了，現(xiàn)在已看三分之一。我非常喜歡它。

　　我受傷實在是我自己的錯。我打籃球時，有時會太過于狂熱，就是那樣才使我受傷。當對方的一個隊員準備投籃時，我實際上是離他很遠，但我仍然想在他前面跳起來并給他一個火鍋。就在我跌倒時，我的腳踝著地了。而那球還是被投了進去。

　　現(xiàn)在我必須臥床一個月。在我的腳踝較好后，我仍想再打籃球，但是我必定會更小心的打球!
