Halloween has come and gone, and it was probably much different from the previous years. For this reason, a young mother from Minnesota gave her daughters 31 days of Halloween fun. Michelle Scrivner is a hair and makeup artist who wanted to make sure her daughters feel the spirit of Halloween even in this strange year of 2020, so she decided to do 31 days of Halloween makeup as a fun alternative.
