In February, I moved back to my hometown and started sketching with ink, because I was in between jobs, and then COVID-19 hit. I thought it would be good for me to do a 100 days challenge to keep a daily structure.

Although I really like ink, I've always wanted to learn more about colors and paint. So I decided to give it a go with gouache, a medium I had never used before.

雖然我真的很喜歡水彩畫，但我一直想學(xué)習(xí)更多關(guān)于顏色和繪畫的知識(shí)。所以我決定嘗試一下水粉畫，一種我以前從未使用過的媒介。

Now, I'm halfway down the 100 days challenge! I'm in love with gouache. It is such a versatile and forgiving medium. The vibrant colors make me very happy.

現(xiàn)在，我已經(jīng)完成了100天的挑戰(zhàn)!我愛上了水粉畫。它是如此多用途和寬容的媒介。鮮艷的顏色讓我很開心。

For the first 50 days, I used many reference photos (credit is on my Instagram) and for the next 50 days, I'm going to use my own photos or my imagination.

在最初的50天里，我使用了很多參考照片(我的Instagram上有信用)，在接下來的50天里，我將使用我自己的照片或我的想象。

It is a tough challenge, but also a great learning experience. I really hope you enjoy my paintings and that those colors make your day a little brighter!
