I Imagined How Snacks Would Look As Cartoon Characters

我想象著零食變成卡通人物的樣子

My name is Ülker (but call me just Lyra) and I'm an illustrator based in Istanbul, Turkey. I work as a full-time child and adolescent psychiatrist. After work, I shapeshift into an artist!

我的名字是Ulker(但叫我Lyra就好了)，我是土耳其伊斯坦布爾的插畫師。我是一名全職兒童和青少年精神病學(xué)家。下班后，我變成了一個藝術(shù)家!

There are three things I do to relax: drawing, cooking, and eating. So on the verge of an art block, I decided to challenge myself with character design. Combining two things I love the most seemed like a project I'd have the most fun with. And I did!

我通常做三件事來放松自己:畫畫、做飯和吃飯。所以在藝術(shù)的邊緣，我決定挑戰(zhàn)我自己的角色設(shè)計。把我最喜歡的兩樣?xùn)|西結(jié)合起來，似乎是我最感興趣的項目。我做到了!

I had to do a little research about the specific food or snack's origin, production process, and discovered so much more when people started commenting and telling me about their homeland's most popular food! Overall, it was a very fun and sometimes mouth-watering experience (when searching for reference photos on Pinterest).

我做了一些關(guān)于特定食物或零食的起源、生產(chǎn)過程的研究，當(dāng)人們開始評論和告訴我他們祖國最受歡迎的食物時，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了更多!總的來說，這是一個非常有趣，有時令人垂涎的經(jīng)歷(當(dāng)在Pinterest上搜索參考照片時)。

As a mental healthcare professional, I can't stress enough how important art is to our souls and minds. It doesn't have to be perfect - creating even the smallest thing can make our day more meaningful.

作為一名心理健康專家，我再怎么強(qiáng)調(diào)藝術(shù)對我們的靈魂和思想的重要性也不為過。它不必是完美的-創(chuàng)造即使是最小的事情可以使我們的一天更有意義。

I plan to add more characters to the collection, so if you're on a diet - beware!
