蘋(píng)果工資居然這么高？！

Chinese developers that have worked on an iOS App development have received their payment this morning, and it's seven times higher than they expected.

負(fù)責(zé)iOS應(yīng)用程序開(kāi)發(fā)的中國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)者今天上午收到了他們的工資，居然比預(yù)期的要高出7倍。

Apple seems to have made a huge mistake, according to several Chinese developers. As the developers said on Weibo, they got paid this morning, seven times more than they should have.

據(jù)幾位中國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)者稱，蘋(píng)果方面似乎犯了一個(gè)大錯(cuò)。正如這些開(kāi)發(fā)者們?cè)谛吕宋⒉┥纤f(shuō)的，他們今天上午拿到的工資相當(dāng)于應(yīng)得報(bào)酬的7倍。

The reason for this is that, apparently, Apple has treated US dollars (USD) as renminbi (RMB).

原因很明顯，蘋(píng)果錯(cuò)把美元當(dāng)作人民幣發(fā)放了工資。

In the past, Apple used US dollars as a unit of measure when it settled for App developers and converted to RMB when it was settled for domestic developers. This means that all developers now have a full seven times in revenue.

過(guò)去，蘋(píng)果在與應(yīng)用程序開(kāi)發(fā)者結(jié)算時(shí)使用美元作為計(jì)量單位，在與國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)發(fā)商結(jié)算時(shí)需要將美元轉(zhuǎn)換為人民幣發(fā)放。這意味著此次蘋(píng)果給所有開(kāi)發(fā)者發(fā)放的工資相當(dāng)于以前的7倍。

In response to this matter, Sina Digital also asked some familiar developers, and they said that they had not encountered this situation.

For Apple apps, developers can end up with 70%, while Apple accounts for 30%. It is reported that Apple will have a spending cycle for each developer, and developers usually receive software revenue from the previous month at the beginning of each month.

At the same time, Apple has a minimum amount of money for developers. When developers' app income reaches/accumulates to meet the payment requirements, Apple will often provide developers with detailed income reports.

Apple officials have not yet responded to this call, and it is not clear how Apple will eventually deal with the misuse of US dollars for domestic developers.
