英國(guó)救援“外來(lái)物種”——橙色海鷗

An orange-coloured seagull has attracted worldwide attention after rescuers mistook it for an exotic bird.

近日，一只橘黃色的海鷗因被救援人員誤認(rèn)為是一種外來(lái)鳥(niǎo)類(lèi)而引起了全世界的關(guān)注。

Images from the UK-based Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital Facebook page show the seagull being scrubbed of the orange substance it mysteriously became covered in.

來(lái)自英國(guó)Tiggywinkles野生動(dòng)物醫(yī)院Facebook頁(yè)面的圖片顯示，這只海鷗身上覆蓋的神秘橙色物質(zhì)被擦洗掉了。

It's unknown what the orange substance was - but it looked so much like a Vindaloo sauce the bird was named "Vinny".

目前還不知道這種橙色物質(zhì)是什么，但它看起來(lái)很像一種文達(dá)盧醬，所以這只鳥(niǎo)被命名為“文尼”。

The post about Vinny appeared last week, saying it was one of the "strangest casualty circumstances" it had seen in a while.

上周，郵報(bào)將文尼的情況稱(chēng)為是，這一段時(shí)間以來(lái)“最奇怪的傷勢(shì)”之一。

"This bright-orange herring gull was rescued by kind members of the public," the post says.

“這只亮橙色的海鷗被善良的公眾救出來(lái)了!”郵報(bào)報(bào)道。

"When they called to say they had picked up an orange bird, we had no idea what to expect - and never would have guessed this!"

“當(dāng)他們打電話(huà)來(lái)說(shuō)他們撿到了一只橙色的鳥(niǎo)時(shí)，我們根本不知道會(huì)發(fā)生什么——而且永遠(yuǎn)也猜不到!”

Facebook commenters were delighted by the bird.

臉書(shū)的網(wǎng)友們顯然也被這只鳥(niǎo)逗樂(lè)了。

"Looks like the bird in Harry Potter in the first pic - glad he is on the mend," one said.

一位網(wǎng)友說(shuō):“看起來(lái)就像《哈利·波特》第一部里的鳥(niǎo)——很高興它正在康復(fù)。”

"I'm not going to lie, it did make me laugh that it managed to turn itself that colour. You guys do a great job the bird is in the best hands," another wrote.

“我不想撒謊，它能把自己變成那種顏色確實(shí)讓我笑了。你們好樣的，這只鳥(niǎo)遇到你們真是走運(yùn)了。”

The hospital says the bird is on the mend and will soon be released.

醫(yī)院表示，這只鳥(niǎo)正在康復(fù)，很快就會(huì)出院。
