我國國內(nèi)企業(yè)納稅狀況有所改善

Chinese firms have started to maintain better tax records, an official said last Wednesday.

一名官員上周三表示，我國企業(yè)的稅收記錄已經(jīng)開始向好。

The State Administration of Taxation (SAT) has established a credit rating system for corporate tax payers, in which companies are ranked from A to D in terms of their tax-paying record.

國家稅務(wù)總局已針對企業(yè)納稅人建立納稅信用評價(jià)體系，企業(yè)將根據(jù)納稅記錄獲得A到D的評級。

Fu Shulin, deputy head of the general office of the SAT, said that 23.9 million businesses were covered in the system at the end of June 2018, up significantly from 8.82 million in 2017.

稅務(wù)總局辦公廳副主任付樹林介紹稱，2018年6月底，該體系已覆蓋2390家企業(yè)，較2017年882萬家企業(yè)數(shù)量出現(xiàn)大幅增長。

"According to credit rating results for the past four years, the number of companies with sound credit records has been increasing, and those with poor records dropping," Fu said. "Tax-paying in general improved nationwide."

付樹林稱：“從過去4年的全國納稅信用評價(jià)結(jié)果看，擁有良好信用記錄的企業(yè)數(shù)量逐年遞增、信用記錄不佳的企業(yè)數(shù)量逐年遞減，全國納稅信用狀況總體穩(wěn)中向好。”

Companies ranked C or D only accounted for slightly more than 10% of the total, SAT data showed.

稅務(wù)總局的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，評級為C或D的企業(yè)占比僅略高于10%。

Businesses with sound tax records enjoy favorable policies.

擁有良好納稅記錄的企業(yè)可享受各種優(yōu)惠政策。

Chinese banks granted 727,000 loans to good corporate tax payers from 2015 to the first quarter of this year, with more than 80 percent to small firms, which usually struggle to obtain loans.

2015年至今年第一季度以來，國內(nèi)銀行已累計(jì)向守信企業(yè)發(fā)放貸款72.7萬筆，其中超過80%涉及小微企業(yè)。這些企業(yè)通常很難獲得貸款。
