Guy time refers to quality time men spend with his male friends and do "guy" things, such as watching violent movies, getting aggressive at the gym, and watching football games with crude comments.

Guy time(哥們兒時(shí)間)指男人們跟自己的哥們兒一起度過的時(shí)間，他們?cè)谝黄鹱鲆恍┠腥藗兿矚g做的事情，如看暴力電影，一起在健身房拼汗，或者罵著臟話看球賽等。

Guy time can be stress relief because they don’t have any responsibilities to each other except friendship.

Men are more physical oriented and aggressive. It’s why the vast majority of die-hard football fans are guys. Having guy time allows men to pursue those activities without compromise that comes with co-workers or female relationships.

It’s a time to let loose, ditch the stress, and break out of routine.
