On scorching days, throw the jacket over your shoulders, or if your arms are firm, skip the jacket completely. If you insist on wearing pants, choose a skinny or boot-cut silhouette. What's easy here is you can swap out blouses in strong shades and always look fresh. Accessorize with mid-heeled slingbacks or strappy sandals.
