大家可能注意到了，這首歌中用到很多次Blue.
在中文里，這只是個(gè)顏色詞，但在英語(yǔ)里，
這個(gè)詞有更多的含義。
首先，它指顏色，藍(lán)色；
其次，表示一種音樂(lè)，稱為(美國(guó)黑人)布魯斯歌曲的，
布魯斯樂(lè)曲風(fēng)格的音樂(lè)；
最后還有心情憂郁的意思。
當(dāng)作動(dòng)詞時(shí)還表示“把...弄藍(lán)”等意思。

Timbaland中譯名“提姆巴蘭”，原名蒂莫西·莫斯利（Timothy Z. Mosley），美國(guó)著名流行音樂(lè)制作人，說(shuō)唱歌手，詞曲創(chuàng)作人。是Snoop Dogg、Destiny's Child、Jay-Z、Nelly Furtado、Justin Timberlake、Pussycat Dolls等人爭(zhēng)相邀約合作發(fā)展的對(duì)象，被譽(yù)為當(dāng)今全球流行排行榜冠軍制造機(jī)?，F(xiàn)已有多張高銷量唱片，合作專輯，以及眾多全球排行冠軍曲。格萊美得獎(jiǎng)音樂(lè)制作人Timbaland崛起于90年代末期，是一個(gè)真正意義上的暢銷單曲締造者，來(lái)自britishhitsongwriters網(wǎng)站的數(shù)據(jù)稱，若按照制作的歌曲在榜單上的成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)，Timbaland是英國(guó)流行音樂(lè)榜有史以來(lái)排名第22位的成功編曲人。很少有嘻哈音樂(lè)制作人能像Timbaland一樣在商業(yè)化和制作水準(zhǔn)中找到如此的平衡點(diǎn)，Timbaland合作的藝人幾乎是清一色的大牌，諸如Missy Elliott、Aaliyah、Jay-Z、Ginuwine、Ludacris、Snoop Dogg、Nas和Justin Timberlake等，而一些名氣稍小的歌手或者新人也通過(guò)他的制作取得了音樂(lè)生涯中的重大突破，最典型的例子是Petey Pablo、Bubba Sparxxx和Tweet等。　　

Timbaland從出道到兩千年早期的作品，特別是他自己的說(shuō)唱專輯里都很少用到取樣，這對(duì)一個(gè)嘻哈音樂(lè)制作人來(lái)說(shuō)是很大的挑戰(zhàn)。2002-03年開(kāi)始，由于邀約過(guò)多，Timbaland逐漸開(kāi)始增多了自己采樣的頻率，到了2006-07年左右，像他為Fabolous制作的“Make Me Better”和為Nelly Furtado制作的“Promiscuous”都成了一段取樣加上一個(gè)鼓組的簡(jiǎn)化程序。不過(guò)，Timbaland的制作仍是歌手拿到排行榜佳績(jī)的最佳選擇之一，與此同時(shí)，Timbaland也逐漸開(kāi)始為嘻哈音樂(lè)之外的藝人諸如Bjork、Ashlee Simpson、OneRepublic和Shakira等各類藝人制作歌曲，擴(kuò)展了自己的業(yè)務(wù)范圍。

關(guān)于歌曲《Apologize》的爭(zhēng)議與解釋
　　不少中國(guó)的樂(lè)迷們始終搞不清《Apologize》這首歌到底是誰(shuí)的：Timbaland？還是OneRepublic？很顯然一些初次接觸這兩位（組）藝人的樂(lè)迷朋友因此產(chǎn)生了一定的誤會(huì).那就在此說(shuō)明：《Apologize》的原創(chuàng)與演唱是美國(guó)搖滾新貴天團(tuán)OneRepublic的杰作。在這支樂(lè)隊(duì)還是無(wú)名小卒時(shí)，樂(lè)隊(duì)主唱Ryan Tedder就寫(xiě)成了這首歌，并由其他成員演奏、伴唱等，如成員Brent Kurzle的大提琴演奏。后來(lái)經(jīng)過(guò)一番波折，音樂(lè)制作“大哥級(jí)人物”Timbaland發(fā)現(xiàn)了這支天才樂(lè)隊(duì)，于是召至麾下——Mosley Music Group。同時(shí)Tim也很喜歡OneRepublic樂(lè)隊(duì)的這首歌曲，于是便精心制作了混音，收錄在自己的《Shock Value》大碟中，OneRepublic也因此一炮而紅，《Apologize》也就開(kāi)始了問(wèn)鼎各國(guó)排行榜首的道路。后來(lái)OneRepublic作為Mosley Music Group旗下藝人發(fā)表了首張專輯《夢(mèng)不落》（Dreaming Out Loud）特別加入了《Apologize》雙版本：樂(lè)隊(duì)制作原版，以及Tim特別混音版（即大家在電臺(tái)里大多聽(tīng)到的所謂"Timbaland Feat. OneRepublic"的版本）。
