9. 當(dāng)代文學(xué)

After the founding of People's Republic of China, literature began to boom. Works from Soviet Union then and western countries exerted a profound influence on the Chinese literature. The themes expressed in the works of this period covered revolution history as well as the new life of nation's construction. The best known works are The Red Rock and Teahouse. After the Reform and Opening up in 1978, Chinese literature won a new prosperity with sino-foreign cultural exchanges flourishing as never before. Today, Chinese contemporary literature is drawing more and more attention of the people of the world.

中華人民共和國(guó)成立后，文學(xué)開始繁榮。來(lái)自當(dāng)時(shí)的蘇聯(lián)（Soviet Union）和西方國(guó)家的作品大大影響了中國(guó)文學(xué)。這一時(shí)期作品的主題包括革命歷史和國(guó)家建設(shè)的新生活。最著名的作品是《紅巖》（The Red Rock）和《茶館》。1978年改革開放后，中國(guó)文學(xué)又迎來(lái)了一次新的繁榮，中外文化交流空前繁榮。今天，中國(guó)當(dāng)代文學(xué)也越來(lái)越為各國(guó)人民所關(guān)注。
