　　房奴(home mortgage slave)是指那些因?yàn)樾枰Ц洞罅康盅嘿J款，而對(duì)自身的社會(huì)生活產(chǎn)生消極影響的人。房奴通過(guò)工作來(lái)支付抵押貸款，這使他們成為了“奴隸”。因?yàn)榇蟛糠值目芍涫杖硕急挥脕?lái)償還貸款，房奴在消費(fèi)和投資上的預(yù)算十分緊張。這就導(dǎo)致了他們社交生活的貧乏，生活水平大幅下降，阻礙了他們個(gè)人的全面發(fā)展。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題，政府已經(jīng)出臺(tái)了一些規(guī)定。其中部分規(guī)定旨在遏制房?jī)r(jià)。
