　　盡管圖書的種類多種多樣，但從本質(zhì)上說，它們都可以被分為 兩大類,即紀實題材(fact)與小說題材。有時二者之間很難辨別，因 為許多小說都是圍繞著(mixed)現(xiàn)實事件和真實人物來進行創(chuàng)作的。 紀實題材的書籍包括:歷史書，教科書，旅行手記，手冊指南(manual) 和自傳(autobiography)等。
