2. 對于家庭而言，國家普及基礎(chǔ)教育可以緩解家庭的財政負擔(dān)，尤其是對于很多工薪一族，家庭節(jié)省下預(yù)算可以提高生活質(zhì)量，享受娛樂生活，因此，給孩子們提供更加幸福，快樂的成長環(huán)境。

3. 對于國家而言，普及教育可以提高國民的基本素質(zhì)，幫助更多的學(xué)生為升入大學(xué)打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)?；A(chǔ)教育的成功是高等教育發(fā)展的堅實基礎(chǔ)，因此，基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展，國家才能培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才，人才可以為國家的發(fā)展提供注入新鮮活力，提高國家在國際舞臺的競爭力。
