　　哈佛大學(xué)/Harvard University

　　哈佛大學(xué)公布了2021屆新生提前錄取數(shù)據(jù)。今年哈佛收到了6437份EA申請(qǐng)，比去年增加5%，其中938名成為被錄取的幸運(yùn)兒，提前錄取率為14.5%，成為哈佛歷史最低EA錄取率。

　　哈佛大學(xué)招生辦主任WilliamR. Fitzsimmons說(shuō)：”提前申請(qǐng)現(xiàn)在像是新的常規(guī)申請(qǐng)，因?yàn)樵絹?lái)越多的學(xué)生選擇提前批申請(qǐng)哈佛和其他名校。盡管如此，我們也一直持續(xù)地告訴學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)和升學(xué)顧問(wèn)，提前申請(qǐng)哈佛沒(méi)有優(yōu)勢(shì)。提前批拿到錄取的學(xué)生只因?yàn)樗麄冊(cè)趯W(xué)術(shù)成績(jī)、課外活動(dòng)、個(gè)人特產(chǎn)方面都非常優(yōu)秀。這些學(xué)生在常規(guī)申請(qǐng)也能拿到錄取。”

　　杜克大學(xué)今年從3516名申請(qǐng)者中錄取了861名幸運(yùn)兒，錄取率為24.5%，據(jù)杜克大學(xué)官方表示，這861名新生將占據(jù)classof 2021的一半名額，也就說(shuō)未來(lái)的RD錄取中，錄取人數(shù)應(yīng)該也就只有860人左右。另外，在所有申請(qǐng)者中，有671名申請(qǐng)者被defer到RD錄取中。

　　這861名新生有691人選擇Trinity College of Arts& Sciences，另外170名新生則會(huì)進(jìn)入Pratt工程學(xué)院。
