上司如何勸說(shuō)員工加班？完成項(xiàng)目后計(jì)劃集體去哪旅游
 
來(lái)聽(tīng)今天的講解:
 
A: Hello, Mary. I know we will be off soon, I was wondering if you could work overtime later.
 
你好，瑪麗。我知道馬上就要下班了，我想問(wèn)問(wèn)你一會(huì)兒能不能加班？
 
B: What? Do you still want me to work overtime? I've been working overtime for three days in a row, I am tired.
 
什么？你還想讓我加班嗎？我已經(jīng)連續(xù)三天加班了，我很累。
 
A: I know you've had a really hard time. But as you know, this weekend is the deadline for this project. If you do me this favor, I will pay a large sum of money.
 
我知道你這段時(shí)間真的很辛苦，不過(guò)你也是知道的，本周末就是這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的截止日期了，你如果幫我這個(gè)忙，我一定會(huì)給你大筆報(bào)酬的。
 
B: Alright. I know the deadline is coming and I was planning to work overtime tomorrow to show my sincerity.
 
好吧。我知道截止日期快到了，原本是計(jì)劃明天加班以示誠(chéng)意的。
 
A: I'm sure our team will finish the task on time.
 
我相信咱們團(tuán)隊(duì)一定能按時(shí)完成任務(wù)。
 
B: Certainly. Everyone has put in a lot of effort.
 
當(dāng)然了，大家已經(jīng)付出了很大的努力在這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
 
A: After the project has been completed, I plan to take everyone to travel overseas. Which countries do you think are suitable for us to go?
 
完成之后，我計(jì)劃集體出國(guó)旅游。你覺(jué)得哪些國(guó)家適合我們?nèi)ィ?br />  
B: Singapore, an island country in southeast Asia. Have you ever been there?
 
新加坡。東南亞的一個(gè)島國(guó)。你去過(guò)那里嗎？
 
A: Nope, I also want to go there. But we also have to listen to the views of other colleagues.
 
沒(méi)有，我也很向往去那里，但是我們也要聽(tīng)聽(tīng)其他同事的意見(jiàn)。
 
B: Sure, perhaps we'll have a better plan.
 
當(dāng)然了，或許我們會(huì)有更好的計(jì)劃。
 
A: Then, we can discuss it together. We still have to work overtime to get the job done.
