B:Is there any regulation on the proportion of investment by foreign investors?

A:The regulation is rather flexible. But the investment by a foreign enterprise should not be less than 25%.

規(guī)定是很靈活的。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，外國(guó)合營(yíng)者的投資不能少于25%。

B:I see. How long will a joint venture last?

我明白了。合營(yíng)的期限多長(zhǎng)？

A:How long do you want?

您希望多長(zhǎng)？

B:We can fix the term for 10 years first. If we can run the venture well.the period can be prolonged later.

我們可以先定為10年。如果經(jīng)營(yíng)不錯(cuò)的話，以后期限還可以延長(zhǎng)。

A:An important matter I should mention is that the technology you provide should be the newest.and during the duration of the joint venture. you should continue offering us your improved technology.

有一點(diǎn)我想提及的是，你方所提供的技術(shù)必須是最新的。而且在合資企業(yè)合同期限內(nèi)，你方需不斷向我方提供改進(jìn)了的技術(shù)。

B:You as too much, you certainly realize that technology has a price tag, we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on scientific research every year, if you ask us to continually offer our impraved technology then you need to pay more for that.

你要求太高了。你當(dāng)然知道技術(shù)都是有價(jià)值的。我們每年幾十萬(wàn)美元用來(lái)搞科技。您要求我們不斷提供改進(jìn)了的技術(shù)，那么你們必須付出更高的代價(jià)。

A:You must be clear that technology should be always improved, otherwise,our products cannot compete with other.
