B:Of course.by law.the protection in our country is limited to 25 years. And the trademark rights can be renewed.

當(dāng)然有，在我國商標(biāo)依法受保護(hù)25年，而且商標(biāo)權(quán)可以辦延續(xù)手續(xù)。

A:That's right.

B:Trademark registration may be renewed continuously. But the producer or registrant should apply for the registration renewal every 25 years.

商標(biāo)注冊可以無限期，但生產(chǎn)商或注冊人應(yīng)每25年申請辦理一次延續(xù)手續(xù)。

A:That' s fair. It is not easy for a producer to establish a well recognized trademark. He has reasons to enjoy such protection.

這很公平，生產(chǎn)商闖出一個(gè)公認(rèn)的名牌商標(biāo)很不容易，他理應(yīng)享有此等保護(hù)。

B:Even if the producer forgets to apply for registration renewal, the law grants a 5-month grace period.

即使生產(chǎn)商忘記申請辦理商標(biāo)的延展手續(xù)，也可依法享有5個(gè)月的寬限。

A:That sounds good.

B:Besides, you must notice that trademark is limited by region.

另外，您必須清楚商標(biāo)受區(qū)域限制。

A:That is to say.a trademark registered in China will not be legally protected in another country. Am I right？
