B: It is up to the contract signed by two parties.

這要根據(jù)雙方當事人的協(xié)議來決定。

A: Dose that mean we can specify an arbitration institution after reaching an agreement by the two parties?

意思是雙方達成仲裁協(xié)議時，就能夠具體制定仲裁機構(gòu)了？

B: Yes, the standard arbitration institution stipulates the procedure of arbitration and keeps the name list of the arbitrators, once the arbitration organization is designated according to the regulation of the arbitration organ.

是的，常設仲裁機構(gòu)規(guī)定了仲裁手續(xù)，還備有仲裁人名簿。一旦制定了仲裁機構(gòu)，將來產(chǎn)生了糾紛就可以根據(jù)仲裁機構(gòu)的規(guī)則委托仲裁了。
