A: So, I heard that Iran is very famous for it's coffee?
 
我聽(tīng)說(shuō)伊朗的咖啡很有名？
 
B: Well, not coffee actually, the tea.
 
嗯，實(shí)際上不是咖啡，是茶很有名。
 
A: The tea? What is special about it?
 
茶嗎？有什么特別之處？
 
B: Well, we love tea. We have to drink tea. Some of the people, if they don't drink two or three glasses of tea, cups of tea, they have headaches.
 
我們喜歡茶。我們必須要喝茶。有些人如果不喝兩三杯茶，就會(huì)頭疼。
 
A: Headaches.
 
頭疼。
 
B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And they are very much picky about the color of the tea. Everybody orders differently. Some people say pour very colored strong tea. Some people say, "No, No, I don't want it that strong." The medium. Everybody has their own taste.
 
對(duì)，沒(méi)錯(cuò)。他們對(duì)茶的顏色很挑剔。每個(gè)人都會(huì)點(diǎn)不同的茶來(lái)喝。有些人希望茶的顏色深些。也有人會(huì)說(shuō)，“不，不要，我希望茶的顏色不要那么深”。不深也不淺那種。每個(gè)人都有自己的口味。
 
A: So, I guess you got a lot of tea shops.
 
那伊朗一定有很多家茶館。
 
B: Yeah, yeah, we have traditional one, which is very interesting for the tourists I believe, where you go in and you sit down, no chairs there, and it's actually cushions just behind you, so you can lie on this cushions and you know, kind of like lying position. You can straighten your legs and the servant will bring you tea. Actually, the drinking tea in Iran is a little different from other countries.
 
對(duì)，沒(méi)錯(cuò)，我們的傳統(tǒng)茶館對(duì)游客非常有吸引力，你走進(jìn)一家傳統(tǒng)茶館，坐下來(lái)，其實(shí)里面并沒(méi)有椅子，你后面有墊子，你可以躺在墊子上，相當(dāng)于臥姿。你可以把腿伸直，服務(wù)員會(huì)給你上茶。實(shí)際上，在伊朗喝茶和其他國(guó)家有些不同。
 
A: Different? How?
 
不同？哪里不一樣？
 
B: Well, we have a glass or a cup of tea, and beneath that we have something called estikan, which you put the glass or cup on that, and, well, the way you drink it is that you have to pick up the cubic sugar. It is a cubic. It's not like other powder of sugar. You pick it up and then you tip it inside the tea a little bit. When it gets the most, you put it inside your mouth, and you drink tea when the cubic sugar is in your mouth.
 
我們會(huì)在茶杯的下面放個(gè)杯托，杯止放在杯托上，喝茶時(shí)一定要配方糖。是那種方形的糖。不是糖粉。喝茶時(shí)，拿起一塊方糖，放到茶水里稍微一沾。然后把方糖放進(jìn)嘴里，等于你喝茶的時(shí)候方糖在你的嘴里。
 
A: It takes time.
 
這很花時(shí)間。
 
B: That's the way you drink it. You will get used to it. Just try once. It's actually good.
 
這就是伊朗人喝茶的方法。你會(huì)習(xí)慣的。你可以試試。非常不錯(cuò)。
 
A: Do you go there often?
 
你經(jīng)常去茶館嗎？
 
B: Once a year. Yeah.
 
一年去一次。
 
A: Once a year! Okay. It's interesting. I will try.
