A: Hey, Alex.
 
嗨，亞歷克斯。
 
B: Hi, Katia.
 
嗨，卡蒂亞。
 
A: Listen, I just have a question. What do you like doing during the weekends?
 
我有個問題。你一般周末都做什么？
 
B: During the weekends? Well usually I like mountain biking. That's one of my hobbies so whenever I've got time and the weather is fine, I like taking my bike and going somewhere. Sometimes I go far and sometimes not that far but I like doing that.
 
周末嗎？通常我會騎山地自行車外出。這是我其中一個愛好，只要我有時間，天氣也好的話，我喜歡騎著我的自行車四處轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)。有時我會騎很遠，有時不會騎那么遠，不過我喜歡騎自行車。
 
A: That is so cool. Do you usually go alone?
 
這太酷了。你經(jīng)常一個人騎車嗎？
 
B: Well whenever I have friends or I have someone to go with I try to go but most of the times I go alone, yeah.
 
我會試圖找朋友陪我一起，不過大部分時間我都是一個人騎車。
 
A: That's cool. What about during the mornings or in the evenings, what do you do?
 
真酷。那一般早上和晚上你會做什么？
 
B: Well if I can get out, go somewhere with my friends, I always try to go drinking or I try to go have dinner or something. Usually when I'm at home, I try to get together with my family. My mom likes cooking and likes having everybody over so sometimes my cousins come, my grandparents too, so that's one of the things I do when I'm home. When I'm not then I try to meet my friends. Sometimes I invite my friends over, I cook for them, nothing more.
 
如果我和朋友一起外出，我會去酒吧或找個餐廳吃晚餐。在家的時候，我會和家人在一起。我媽媽喜歡烹飪，喜歡讓親戚朋友來家里玩，所以有時我的表兄弟和祖父母會來我家，這是我在家做的其中一件事。其他時間我會去見朋友們。有時我也會邀請朋友來我家玩。我給他們做飯吃，其他就沒有什么了。
 
A: What about Saturday night? Do you go to a restaurant or to a bar?
 
周六晚上呢？你是去餐廳還是去酒吧？
 
B: Yeah, I love going to restaurants and bars but I really don't enjoy going to discos or clubs. I don't know, I'm not such a big fan of that. I like going downtown like, yeah, meeting my friends, going to bars, talking.
 
我喜歡去餐廳和酒吧，我不太喜歡迪廳和俱樂部。我也不知道為什么，我對那兩個場所不太感興趣。我喜歡和朋友們約在市中心，一起去酒吧暢聊。
 
A: So you don't like crowded places or loud music?
 
你不喜歡擁擠的地方和吵鬧的音樂？
 
B: It's really not about crowded places or loud music, it's more that I enjoy being with my friends and I enjoy being able to talk and to say things and when I go to those places, you know like there are so many people that you don't really get to talk to people, I don't know. I don't enjoy that much.
 
與擁擠和吵鬧的音樂無關(guān)，我只是喜歡和朋友們待在一起的感覺，我喜歡和他們聊我的事情，如果要是去那兩個地方，因為人太多，根本沒辦法聊天。我不太喜歡那兩個地方。
 
A: During the weekends do you usually or sometimes go out of town or on a trip?
 
周末你會出城或是旅游嗎？
 
B: I do. I do and I love going to places but that's really when the weather is nice and I've got some time. If the weather is not so nice then I'd rather just stay home because I kind of like resting. Usually during the weeks I'm kind of busy but if the weather is nice and I've got time and I can go with friends or something, I do that. I don't enjoy going somewhere in the weekends just by myself.
 
會。我喜歡去各個地方轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)，前提是天氣好我又有時間。如果天氣不太好，我寧愿待在家里，因為我喜歡放松。通常周末我會有點忙，不過如果天氣還不錯，我又有時間，可以和朋友們聚會，那我會和他們一起。我不喜歡一個人在周末閑逛。
