A: And our question is how much sleep do you get a night?

B: Maybe three or four hours on the weekdays.

A: My sleeping pattern has actually changed recently because I used to get about eight hours of sleep and these days I just get about five hours at most and sometimes even four, which is not really good.
 
我的睡眠時(shí)最近一直在改，因?yàn)槲乙郧巴砩弦ＷC8小時(shí)睡眠，可是最近我最多睡5個(gè)小時(shí)，有時(shí)甚至只能睡4個(gè)小時(shí)，這不太好。
 
B: What changed, what happened?
 
為什么會(huì)改變，發(fā)生了什么？
 
A: School. School is really hectic so you get your sleep very early in the morning and obviously with school you have other activities going on, there's a lot going on because I'm in college now so basically there is a lot going on in my life at the moment, so my sleeping pattern has like drastically changed. From eight to four that's a very big change.
 
學(xué)校。學(xué)校里有很多事，非常忙，所以早上很早就要起床，而且學(xué)校還有其他活動(dòng)，我現(xiàn)在在上大學(xué)，目前我生活中有很多事情要做，所以我的睡眠時(shí)間發(fā)生了巨大的改變。從8個(gè)小時(shí)減到4個(gè)小時(shí)，非常大的變化。
 
B: A very big change.

A: Yes. So what about you?

B: I think I play many games at home.

A: Yeah, I watch movies sometimes and it disrupts the sleeping pattern.

B: But I think it's bad for my health, I think I need to start sleeping for eight hours a day.

A: I wish I could go back to that.
