A: Nice to meet you.

B: Now we're talking about renting a home. Is it better for you to rent or to own? So Shon what do you think?

現(xiàn)在我們要來談?wù)勛夥?。你認(rèn)為租房好還是買房好？肖恩，你怎么看？

A: Well it depends on to be honest but for me let's say if we say about the car, I guess it's better to own yourself.

說實(shí)話，這要視情況而定，對我來說，如果我們談的是車，那我認(rèn)為自己買車比較好。

B: Well that's nice.

不錯。

A: When it comes to the house or if you're living abroad it's better always to rent instead of having because you're living abroad right, you won't live there for good. But when it comes to the small, small things I prefer to own myself because it's your own, you can do whatever you want to do with it.

至于房子，如果生活在國外，那租房比買房好，因?yàn)槟悻F(xiàn)在在國外生活，可是你不可能永遠(yuǎn)生活在那里。而我個人喜歡買房，因?yàn)槟鞘悄阕约旱姆孔?，你可以想干什么就干什么?br />
B: All right, I see. I think renting in some way is more ecological if you look at it from the other aspect of the thing because if you rent something you know you will use it for some time and hand it over because more times if you own it's, how do I put it, it's more or less not ecological because you always want to keep that thing and get a new one and add to it so you keep trying. But if you rent you give it away again and you give others a chance to use it.

好，我明白了。我認(rèn)為從某種程度上來說，換個角度來看，租房更有利于生態(tài)保護(hù)，因?yàn)槿绻阕夥浚阒滥阒皇窃谶@間房子里住一段時間，房子以后還會有別的人去住，而如果是自己的房子，我要怎么解釋，我認(rèn)為不太利于生態(tài)環(huán)保，因?yàn)槟銜恢弊≡谀抢?，而且你還會買新房子，增加你的房產(chǎn)。但是如果是租房，你可以把房子交出去，讓其他人有機(jī)會住這個房子。

A: OK, now I see. Well maybe we should start doing the reverse then?

好，我明白了。也許我們應(yīng)該采取相反的做法。

B: To start renting cars it is easy because you can get a good bargain from your car company and after using it you can hand it over and get a new car so you can get to use any cars you want to use at any particular time, any day, anywhere in any place.

可以開始租車，那很簡單，因?yàn)槟憧梢詮钠嚬灸抢锏玫讲诲e的折扣，在用完車以后交回去，然后再租輛新車，你可以隨時隨地使用你想開的車。
