A: Hi, my name is Tlo Tlo and I'm from Botswana.

A: So, our question is: what do you like most about your hometown?

B: I think I love the cooking.

我喜歡烹飪。

A: The cooking! What about the cooking?

B: I just love how so many people get together and cook such huge meals for special occasions.

我就是喜歡那種許多人聚在一起，為特殊場(chǎng)合烹制豐盛飯菜的感覺(jué)。

A: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. It's really common back home, eh?

B: I know, it feels like there's so much love in any situatation like weddings, or anything else that happens that worth cooking a big meal.

A: Yeah, well basically, it's a really small country where we're from. It's a popululation of 1.8 million and the capital city is like 250,000 people. I love the fact that you seem to know most people actually, like if I was to mention someone right now, he would probably know him, know that person. Yeah, I just love the fact that we all kind of seem to know each other and it's cozy and, well, it's just a warm place to be and, yeah.

對(duì)，基本上來(lái)說(shuō)，我們的祖國(guó)是個(gè)非常小的國(guó)家。人口有180萬(wàn)，首都有25萬(wàn)人。我喜歡那種感覺(jué)，看起來(lái)大部分人你都認(rèn)識(shí)，如果我現(xiàn)在提到某個(gè)人，他很可能知道或是認(rèn)識(shí)那個(gè)人。我就是喜歡我們彼此都認(rèn)識(shí)的這種感覺(jué)，我們的家鄉(xiāng)是舒適又溫暖的地方。

B: It's really a good place to grow up cause everybody grows up close.

那的確是個(gè)適合成長(zhǎng)的地方，因?yàn)樗腥耸且黄痖L(zhǎng)大的。

A: Yeah, we're close and grow up close and like the extended family. You find that most people are really close there, so there's not much distance between us actually. Yeah. So pretty much that. It's just the warmth, getting together as families during special ocassions and obviously enjoying the festivities.
