實用英語對話:雙胞胎

心濤：恭喜你啊，小劉!聽說你懷的是雙胞胎。

小劉：謝謝。我自己也沒想到。一下子懷上了兩個，真的很驚喜。

心濤：你知道嗎，我家也有多胞胎的基因。我爸爸和我叔叔是同卵雙胞胎，我兩個姑姑是異卵雙胞胎。

小劉：是嘛!真有意思。

心濤：這還不算什么。我媽媽和我兩位阿姨是三胞胎姐妹，我小姨又生了一男一女的龍鳳胎!

小劉：哇，你們真是多胞胎家族啊!那你呢?你有同胞兄弟姐妹嗎?

心濤：不瞞你說，我有一個哥哥一個姐姐和一個妹妹，我們可是同一天出生的!

小劉：哈!也就是說你媽媽生了四胞胎啊!

心濤：對啊，看著別人都是獨生子女，我卻有三個兄弟姐妹，這感覺，甭提有多幸福了!

Xintao: Congratulations! Xiao Liu, I heard you’re pregnant with twins.

Xiao Liu: Thank you. I didn't expect that. It’s surprising to carry two babies at a time.

Xintao: You know what? There is a gene of multiple births in my family. My father and my uncle are identical twins and my two aunts are fraternal twins.

Xiao Liu: Really? That’s interesting.

Xintao: That’s not a big deal. My mother and my two aunts are triplets and another aunt of mine gave birth to a boy and a girl.

Xiao Liu: Wow. You really have a multi-births family. How about you? Do you have any siblings?

Xintao: To be honest, I have an elder brother, an elder sister and a younger sister. We were born on the same day!

Xiao Liu: Wow! That means your mother had quadruplets, didn't she?

Xintao: Exactly! It’s amazing that others are only child of their own family while I have three siblings!
