實(shí)用英語對(duì)話:內(nèi)幕交易

心濤：洋洋，我哥剛才向我透露了一個(gè)可靠消息，是關(guān)于A公司的股票的。

洋洋：你哥在那兒上班吧?

心濤：對(duì)啊，他是公司的總監(jiān)，所以公司有什么大事兒，他總能第一時(shí)間知道。

洋洋：如果是這樣，他知道的信息都是不宜公開的公司機(jī)密啊!要是他告訴了你，讓你買股票，這不成了內(nèi)幕交易了嗎?

心濤：內(nèi)幕交易?唉，我又不是什么大股東，也沒打算買太多股票，算不上吧!

洋洋：但你哥哥畢竟是公司的內(nèi)部人士，這么做是違反規(guī)定的，也有可能會(huì)給他自己招來不必要的麻煩。

心濤：你真是瞎操心!大家都這么做，沒必要遮遮掩掩。你要是聰明，也跟著買點(diǎn)兒吧!

洋洋：不用了，我可不想蹲班房!

X: Yangyang, my brother just revealed something reliable to me. It is about the stock of company A.

Y: Does your brother work there?

X: Yeah, he is the director of that company, so he can get the latest news at once no matter what is happening.

Y: If so, what he knows is the core secrets of the company, which should be kept private. If he tells you, and asks you to buy stock, that would be like insider trading.

X: Insider trading? Alas, I am not a big stockholder and I won’t buy too many stocks. That would not be that serious.

Y: But your brother is the insider of the company after all. It’s against the rules and may get himself into some unnecessary problems.

X: Stop fussing around. We all do that and there is no necessary to hide it. If you are smart enough, you should buy some.

Y: No, thanks. I don’t want to be a prisoner.
