中介：您看這間房子怎么樣?

客戶：嗯，八樓，兩室一廳，裝修看上去還不錯。

中介：這間房子八十平米，采光好。地點也好，離市中心近。

客戶：這里交通方便嗎?

中介：方便!出小區(qū)步行五分鐘就有公交站和地鐵站。

客戶：這兒一個月的租金是多少?

中介：八千塊。

客戶：這么貴!我再想想吧。


 

Agent: What do you think of this apartment?

Client: Hmm…eighth floor, two bedrooms and one living room, decorated well.

Agent: It covers 80 square meters with good natural lighting and position. It’s near the downtown.

Client: Is it easily accessible?

Agent: Absolutely! It takes you five-minute walk from the community to the bus stop and the subway station.

Client: How much is the rent?

Agent: 8000 yuan.
