休閑對話：都是“星星”惹的禍

Mom: When will you come home for dinner, honey? Kids and I are waiting…

你什么時候回家吃晚飯，親愛的?孩子們和我在等著呢。

Kevin: Mom, Lizzie got my Spiderman.

媽，厲子拿了我的蜘蛛俠。

Lizzie: He picked the fight. He called my names.

他先挑起的。他罵我。

Mom: Lizzie, Kevin. I need you two to stop right now.

厲子，凱文。你們倆馬上停下來。

Kevin: Not unless she gives my Spiderman back.

除非她把蜘蛛俠還給我。

Mom: Stop messing with your brother, Liz. You two loved and took a good care of each other before. What’s wrong now?

不要跟你弟弟鬧了。你們倆以前很好的，也彼此照顧自己。現(xiàn)在怎么這樣了啊?

Lizzie: Here it is, Kevin. I am your sister. But I will not say sorry.

給你，凱文。我是你姐姐。但是我不會道歉。

Kevin: If I say sorry, can I get the big star at the Christmas tree? I promised my girlfriend about it. And Mom says the good kid can get it.

如果我道歉，我可以拿到圣誕樹上的大星星嗎?我答應過我女朋友的。而且媽媽說好孩子就可以有的。
