【語言點精講】
skydiving: 特技跳傘。
take a lot of guts: 很有勇氣,很喲膽量。guts,內(nèi)臟,比喻人的內(nèi)在本質(zhì)性格特征。
express: 表示,表現(xiàn)出。
disgust: 憎惡;憤慨;反感。
as cool as a cucumber: 形容人是極其鎮(zhèn)定的,非常冷靜的,情緒不會受到周圍環(huán)境的影響。cucumber,黃瓜。黃瓜在西方通常是冷吃的蔬菜,并且由于它的顏色是冷色調(diào)的綠色,因此cucumber被用來形容冷酷、鎮(zhèn)定的性格。
