上星期六雪下得很大.
There was deep snow in the garden.
花園里積了很厚的雪.
Sandy and Sue got some spades from the shed in the garden
桑迪和蘇從花園的棚子里取出幾把鏟子.
They wanted to clear the path.
他們想開出一條道來.
They both worked very hard.
他們倆都干得非常賣力,
Sandy dug faster than Sue,but Sue worked more carefully.

Soon the path was clear.

Father smiled happily at the children.
