丹尼爾：你喜歡看冬季奧林匹克運動會的比賽嗎？
Daniel: Do you like watching the Winter Olympic Games?

亞當：當然了。這可是冬天的傳統(tǒng)活動，是合乎情理的。你難道不喜歡嗎？
Adam: Of course. It's the tradition game in winter, and with good reason. Don't you like watching it?

丹尼爾：當然喜歡。我特別喜歡。所有的比賽都很刺激，選手們也很值得尊敬。
Daniel: Of course. I do. I love it. All the games are exciting and the competitors are respectable.

亞當：那是當然的。由于各種條件的制約，冬季奧遠會如想舉辦的精彩要比夏季奧運會難得多。你知道，低溫會引起很多問題。
Adam: That's true. For various reasons, it takes more to hold a fierce game for Winter Olympics than it does for Summer Olympics. You know, the low temperature may cause many problems.

丹尼爾：是啊。冬季奧運會和夏季奧運會有什么區(qū)別呢？
Daniel: Yeah. Whats the difference between the Winter Olympics and the Summer 0lympics?

亞當：現(xiàn)代奧運會開始時只包含夏季項目。當它開始流行后，才出現(xiàn)了包含了各種冬季運動項目的冬季奧運會。
Adam: When the Olympic Games started in modern times, only summer events were included. When it grew popular, there came the Winter Olympic Games, which includes a variety of winter sports.

Adam: Sure. What about you? What do you like about the Olympics?

丹尼爾：對我來說，殘疾人奧運會總是令我很感動。它讓我懂得毅力可以把不可能變成可能。
Daniel: For me, the Olympics for the disabled always catches my heart. It makes me understand that perseverance makes the impossible possible.

亞當：晦，年輕人，你今天很深沉啊。
Adam: Hey, young man, you are so deep today.

丹尼爾：我一直都是啊，只是你沒發(fā)現(xiàn)而已。
Daniel: I always am. You just didn't notice.
