Pavilion Features
The pavilion depicts a grassland civilization in urban development and manifests various elements of the grassland culture with unique exhibition items. The floor consisting of three kinds of sand manifests the Inner Mongolian people's wisdom; the contrast between the earliest nomadic habitation and modern cities shows the course of grassland city development in history; the huge tree of quicksand implies environmental changes and expresses the ideal of turning deserts into oases. Visitors can also have a virtual grassland journey on mountain bikes.

概況
展館以獨具匠心的展項描繪了城市發(fā)展中的草原文明，通過展示哈達、蒙古包、祥云、馬鞍等，體現(xiàn)各種草原文化元素。展廳地面由三種不同狀態(tài)的沙子疊加而成，體現(xiàn)了內蒙古人民使沙子變廢為寶的智慧；通過最早的游牧民族居住地——“居列延”與現(xiàn)代城市的對照，描繪歷史上草原城市的發(fā)展歷程：巨型胡楊樹外形的流沙樹則暗喻環(huán)境的變化，表達了沙漠變綠洲的理想。參觀者還可以騎上山地自行車，踏上虛擬的草原之旅。
