寫作要點：

I. Your opinion (agree/ disagree/…)；

2. Reasons (looks, personality品性， ability...)；

3. An example (yourself/ a personaround you/ a famous person/…).

I agree with the opinion. Compared with looks, personality and abilityare more important. Because we can’t change our looks easily, but we can decideand control what we do. Thanks to the kind and hard-working people, our societyis becoming better and better. 

For example, Ma Yun, a well-known businessman, doesn’t look handsome,but he created Alibaba which has changed our lifestyle and made our life moreconvenient. He has been doing so much for our society that we all admire him.Because of his contribution to our society, we even think he looks socool. 

So let’s try our best to do more useful things for our society and payless attention to our looks.

我同意這個觀點。與外表相比，個性和能力更重要。因為我們不能輕易改變自己的外表，但我們可以決定和控制自己的所作所為。由于善良和勤勞的人們，我們的社會變得越來越好。

例如，馬云，一個著名的商人，看起來不帥，但他創(chuàng)造了阿里巴巴，改變了我們的生活方式，讓我們的生活更方便。他為我們的社會做了那么多，我們都欽佩他。因為他對我們社會的貢獻，我們甚至認為他看起來很酷。

所以，讓我們盡我們最大的努力為我們的社會做更多有用的事情，少關注我們的外表。
