　　1. I found him lying on his back on the ground.我發(fā)現(xiàn)他仰臥在地上 (v-ing 作賓補(bǔ))

　　2. Can you see the bridge being built/ to be built next year / built in 1990?

　　你能看見這個(gè)在修建的/ 明年將要建的/ 1990年建的大橋嗎?(非謂語作定語)

　　3. I can’t imagine his (him) swimming across the river alone.

　　我無法想象他獨(dú)自游過了這條河。(ving作賓語)

　　4. He died, leaving an orphan. 他死了，留下一個(gè)孤兒。(結(jié)果狀語，順承關(guān)系)

　　5. He arrived at the station, only to find the bus had left.

　　他到達(dá)車站卻發(fā)現(xiàn)車已經(jīng)離開了。(結(jié)果狀語，出乎意料)

　　6. The patient needs operating on at once.這位病人需要馬上做手術(shù)。
