ACross-Country Running race

 In order to build up students body, a5000-metre race was held by the school students'union last Sunday from theschool gate to the foot of the South Hill.

Itwas a sunny day. 200 participants participated in the running race with highspirits, most of whom were students and teachers. All of them tried their bestto finish the running race. Though exhausted with sweat, all cheered with greatjoy.

Allof the participants thought highly of the running race, adding that not onlydid it enrich our school life, it also brought joy to us all.

越野賽跑

為了鍛煉學(xué)生的身體，學(xué)校學(xué)生會(huì)上星期天舉行了一場(chǎng)從校門口到南山腳下的5000米賽跑。

這是一個(gè)陽(yáng)光明媚的日子。200名參加者精神飽滿地參加了跑步比賽，其中大部分是學(xué)生和教師。他們都盡了最大的努力來(lái)完成跑步比賽。大家雖然汗流浹背，但都興高采烈地歡呼起來(lái)。
