Nowadays，with our society developing，more and more adults turn to night schools to instill in themselves more knowledge of various kinds，thus living up to the quotation，“Education is an unlimited term．”

My grandfather is an energetic old man in his eighties．He goes to the library almost every week and immerses himself in the sea of books and knowledge，by which he obtains the happiness of learning．In his spare time，he can't stand just sitting still in the wheelchair and idling his time away．Instead，reading newspapers and writing poems are his hobbies．Despite his old age，he still enriches his knowledge thus resulting in his insight and wisdom．

From the case of my grandfather，I learn that it is never too old to learn，as the old saying goes．Only through lifelong learning can we keep pace with the progress of the world for knowledge is changing with the times．Old as a person may be，he can be active in learning as long as he has a passion for knowledge and understands the virtues of study．Life is like the sea while education resembles the boat．By rowing the boat continuously，we can have a taste of the salty water and the happiness when we finally reach the shore．

Education is an infinite period of time that stretches to the end of our lives．Keep in mind that education brings us knowledge which fits in all walks of life，that education gives birth to new ideas of life and that the long lasting education truly stands the significance of our lives．
