On hearing the news that a serious earthquake struck Ya'an we couldn't but feel saddened by the lives taken away by death．In order to help those suffering from the disaster，the members of the Students' Union are determined to do everything we can to offer our care．So，we have mapped out the plan for some charity activities next Monday，including a charity fair and charity performances．In the afternoon during 4：00—5：00，a charity fair will be open to everyone at the canteen．In the evening during 6：00—7：00，a drama play will be on in the hall．We are currently searching for volunteers willing to play in the drama and we are also raising goods for the fair．Money raised will all be donated to the disaster-stricken area with 100% love and care．

We are doing our bits to assist the sufferers by doing so．Through charity activities，we extended our helping hand both financially and spiritually．On the one hand，we can raise money with our love to help the rebuilding of the refugees' home．The money contributes to the recovery of the local economy．Though it seems not so much by its amount，it is offered with our great care．On the other hand，the money we raised will give them the feeling that people from thousands of miles away are concerned about them heart and soul，which will bring about great warmth and encouragement for them to rebuild their future．
