旅游業(yè)的影響

Tourism is becoming an increasingly important industry in China. Our government has taken effective measures to improve this new industry over the past few years. For example, it has explored many appealing scenic and historic spots. Tourists from all over the world come in flocks to China every year.

旅游業(yè)正成為中國越來越重要的行業(yè)。過去幾年，我國政府已經(jīng)采取了有效措施來改善這一新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。例如，它已經(jīng)開發(fā)了許多吸引人的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)和歷史古跡。來自世界各地的游客每年都成群結(jié)隊地來到中國。

But people differ as to the advantages and disadvantages of the tourist industry. Those who are in favour of tourism argue that our country can benefit a lot from it. For one thing, it is a large source of foreign exchange and an important part of national planning as well. For another, we may well say that tourism can help to promote the understanding and friendship among the peoples of different countries.

但人們對于旅游業(yè)的優(yōu)勢和劣勢有不同的看法。那些支持旅游業(yè)的人認為，我國可以從旅游業(yè)中獲益良多。一方面，旅游業(yè)是外匯的重要來源，也是國家規(guī)劃的重要組成部分。另一方面，我們可以說旅游業(yè)有助于促進不同國家人民之間的理解和友誼。

The main reason why some people oppose tourism is that the masses cannot benefit from it because the pressure of too many tourists means the higher prices of goods.

一些人反對旅游業(yè)的主要原因是大眾無法從中受益，因為過多的游客壓力意味著商品價格的上漲。

In spite of this, I think its gains outweigh its losses. It also means more employment and more income for the country. For this reason the tourist industry should be developed vigorously so as to meet the needs of our socialist economy.

盡管如此，我認為它的利大于弊。這也意味著為國家創(chuàng)造了更多的就業(yè)機會和收入。因此，旅游業(yè)應(yīng)該得到大力發(fā)展，以滿足我們社會主義經(jīng)濟的需要。
