With the arrival of digital age, shopping online is becoming more and more popular, especially among young people. 1

As far as I can see, there are some advantages and disadvantages of online shopping. 2 On the one hand 3 , it has some great advantages, of which the most important one is convenience. The goods come in all shapes, sizes, and colors on the Internet, and all people need to do is to sit in front of their computers and click the mouse. Besides, online goods are really cheap and help save much money sometimes, especially during holidays. On the other hand 3 , the disadvantages of shopping online cannot be ignored. The real goods may not be the same as what they look like online. To make matters worse, we are likely to buy some fake goods since some shops on the Internet are not formally registered.

Personally, I prefer shopping in-store to shopping online. 4 The most important reason is that I can have a leisure time and enjoy myself most when I go shopping with the company of my friends.
