On Punctuality
Punctuality means observing regular or appointed time . A man who gets up at six o'clock everymoming is punctual. A man who promises to call on a friend at five o'clock in the aftemoon andactually does so at that hour is also punctual.

If a person isinvited to a dinner but arrives later than expected, he keeps all the other guests and the hostwaiting for him alone. This is great impoliteness.
