Dear Sir or Madam,
On January 4, I bought a mobile phone at your store in Wangfujing Street. After using it for a short period of time, I had quite a few problems with it.
Although I was initially pleased with the phone, I quickly changed my mind. To begin with, the battery needs recharging after a mere 4 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me for a day out. In addition, the buttons on the phone are so small that it is inconvenient to type text messages. Most importantly, it is difficult to hear people on the phone.
Therefore, I would like to either change the phone for another model or get a refund for the phone. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
Li Ming
