　用英語(yǔ)記日記是提高英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作技能的有效方法之一。　與其他寫(xiě)作形式相比，它短小，省時(shí)。它能幫助我們培養(yǎng)用英語(yǔ)思考的習(xí)慣。如果我們堅(jiān)持這樣做，漸漸地我們就學(xué)會(huì)了用英語(yǔ)來(lái)表達(dá)我們的思想。

　在用英語(yǔ)記日記的過(guò)程中，我們不可避免地要遇到許多困難。首先，經(jīng)常發(fā)生的事，我們很難找到恰如其分的詞或短語(yǔ)來(lái)表達(dá)我們的思想。其次，在漢語(yǔ)中有許多習(xí)慣說(shuō)法，我們很難把它們準(zhǔn)確地譯成英語(yǔ)。當(dāng)然，還有一些其他的困難，我們可以在用英語(yǔ)記日記中遇到。

至于我, 我的建議是，我們應(yīng)該隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備好一個(gè)筆記本和一本漢英詞典，每當(dāng)有困難的東西難住我們時(shí)，我們可以先在筆記本記下來(lái)，然后查詞典。如有必要，我們也可以向英語(yǔ)老師請(qǐng)教?！】傊?，我認(rèn)為，用英語(yǔ)記日記對(duì)提高寫(xiě)作能力十分有用的。

     Keeping a diary in English is one of the effective ways to improve our English writing ability. Compared with other forms of writing, it is shorter and takes less time. It can help us to cultivate the habit of thinking in English. If we persist in his practice, gradually we’ll learn how to express ourselves in English.

     In keeping a diary in English, we inevitably run up against a lot of difficulties. In the first place, it often happens that we have trouble finding appropriate words and phrases to give expression to our mind. Secondly, there are many idiomatic ways of saying things in Chinese. And it is extremely hard for us to put them into English properly. Certainly, there are some other roadblocks we may come across in our keeping a diary in English.

      As far as I’m concerned, my suggestion is that we should always have a note book and a Chinese-English dictionary within easy reach. Whenever something beats us, we can first put it down in our notebook and then consult our dictionary. We can also turn to our English teacher for help, if necessary.
