　　第二天一早，小兔子和馬先生商量了一會兒，就和馬先生 去找老虎了。

　　他倆來到一條小河邊，看見老虎正在對岸覓食呢!老虎看見了，便向他們走來，要捉他們。這時，騎在馬頭上的兔子立刻拍了一下馬的臉，馬趕緊倒在地上裝死。老虎嚇了一跳，他從來也沒見過一巴掌能拍死一匹馬的兔子。

　　兔子對老虎說：“我們來比賽跳遠。我從這兒跳到對岸，你從對岸跳到這兒，誰贏了，誰就吃誰。”老虎連想也沒想就答應(yīng)了。于是，兔子和老虎同時起跳。老虎萬萬沒有想到的是，兔子跳的時候咬了一口老虎的尾巴，扯下了幾根虎毛，害得老虎落后了一大截。兔子到了對岸，把剛剛扯下的虎毛從嘴里吐了出來。老虎見了，更驚訝了，“這是怎么回事?”“昨天吃了一些虎肉，這是沒消化的東西。”兔子說，“這次比賽我贏了，你就乖乖地跟我回家吧。在我吃的肉里，再沒有比虎干更可口的了!”老虎一聽，轉(zhuǎn)身就跑，一直逃出了森林。

　　從此，大伙就平平安安地住在了森林里，再也沒有老虎來騷擾他們了。
