英國(guó)第一減肥狂人：4年甩肉159公斤

A 45-year-old British man Roberto Enrieu has lost 159 kilograms in the last four years.

Roberto Enrieu used to weigh 266 kilograms four years ago, which brought much trouble to his daily life. A little walk would make him out of breath. What's worse, he once crushed his chair at a job interview!

Roberto's health was also affected by his obesity. The doctor found that his life was under threat of heart attack due to being overweight. It was then that he decided to get rid of the fat. During the following four years, Roberto lived on a much healthier diet, increasing his consumption of salads and vegetables. He also spent at least three days per week at the gym doing exercise.

He has successfully lost 159 kilograms, which is more than a half his previous weight.

He was also Slimming World's Man of the Year in 2009.

據(jù)英國(guó)《鏡報(bào)》報(bào)道，45歲的英國(guó)男子羅伯托·恩里尤在短短4年之內(nèi)，通過健身方式成功甩掉了159公斤體重。

羅伯特4年前是一名重達(dá)266公斤的超級(jí)肥漢，幾乎比一頭幼年大象還重。超級(jí)肥胖的身材給恩里尤的生活帶來了巨大煩惱，他只要走幾步路就會(huì)累得如同虛脫一般。最令恩里尤覺得羞辱的是，一次當(dāng)他去一家公司面試工作時(shí)，竟然壓垮了椅子。

肥胖導(dǎo)致恩里尤的健康狀況不斷惡化，而醫(yī)生發(fā)現(xiàn)，恩里尤的心臟也因?yàn)樨?fù)擔(dān)過重從而對(duì)其生命構(gòu)成了威脅。從那之后，恩里尤下決心開始營(yíng)養(yǎng)飲食計(jì)劃，每周至少要花3天時(shí)間到健身館進(jìn)行減肥訓(xùn)練，并且他每天攝入的食物也都改成了色拉、蔬菜等健康食品。

經(jīng)過4年漫長(zhǎng)艱苦的減肥歷程之后，恩里尤至今已經(jīng)成功甩掉了159公斤體重，足足相當(dāng)于他以前體重的一大半！
由于恩里尤的減肥成效是如此顯著，日前，體重只剩107公斤的恩里尤榮幸地當(dāng)選英國(guó)減肥組織“苗條世界”“2009年度減肥冠軍”。
